Refund policy
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
Non-returnable items include:

Underwear or hygiene-sensitive items
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Free return shipping on first item unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your product and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at nico0chabot@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos and a description of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
